Caring. Mostly general Urology *Open to fellows and new grads *4
days a week at Mission Hills, 1 day a week at Northridge *Oncology
fellowship is a plus, but not mandatory *Occasional ER panel call
at Holy Cross Hospital You'll be rewarded and recognized for your

Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience *Unrestricted CA
State Medical License (or willing to obtain if out of state) *Board
Certified in Urology *Solid clinical training including ongoing
practice *Advanced degree in management or fellowship training
*Understanding of managed care operations including IPAs, ACOs,
full risk contracting models or equivalent *The salary range for
this role is $384,000 to 672,000 annually based on full-time
employment. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at
target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable
based upon experience and metric achievement. Pay is based on
several factors including but not limited to local labor markets,
education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group
