Job Description:
Job Description This Nurse Leadership role oversees our
Pediatric Cardiac Operating Room, managing patient care, mentoring
staff, and ensuring a high-quality environment of practice.
Responsibilities include coordinating services, staffing,
budgeting, policy development, and quality improvement initiatives
aligned with Magnet principles. The ideal candidate has leadership
and pediatric Cardiac OR experience as a scrub and circulating
nurse, with a minimum of five years clinical experience and
management background. Qualifications include RN licensure in
Delaware, preferred MSN, certifications in nursing administration
or CVOR, and current BLS certification. Benefits encompass health
