Deliver advanced critical care to high-acuity ICU patients with
1:2 ratios. Respond to emergencies, manage ventilators, titrate
drips, and oversee complex conditions. Serve as charge RN when
needed, supporting team flow and patient assignments. Collaborate
with multidisciplinary teams and document care accurately in
