Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A highly
motivated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed to support a
high school setting located in El Monte, CA, for the 2025/2026
school year. This full-time role involves working approximately 40
hours per week, serving an estimated caseload of 90-100 students.
The SLP will play a critical role in ensuring effective delivery of
speech and language services while managing a team of two
Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) across two sites. Key
Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy
services to high school students. Oversee caseload management and
coordinate Individualized Education Program (IEP) updates and
assessments. Supervise and collaborate with two SLPAs to deliver
quality care and support. Maintain accurate and timely
documentation in accordance with school guidelines and state
regulations. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to
contribute insights and support student progress. Qualifications
and Experience: Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language
Pathologist. Experience working in educational settings, preferably
with high school-aged students. Strong knowledge of IEP development
and compliance requirements. Ability to manage multiple caseloads
across different sites effectively. Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills to collaborate with students, families, and
educational staff. Location: El Monte, CA Benefits: Full-time
