Position: As a Flexologist at StretchLab El Segundo, you will work one-on-one with clients to guide them through a customized assisted stretching routine. You'll be responsible for assessing clients flexibility needs, creating personalized stretch plans, and delivering a high-quality service to help them improve mobility, reduce pain, and prevent injury. Key Responsibilities: Conduct one-on-one assisted stretching sessions with clients Customize stretching routines based on individual needs and flexibility levels Educate clients on the benefits of stretching and mobility techniques Maintain client records and progress reports Build strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and satisfaction Ensure a clean, welcoming, and safe environment for all clients Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices Qualifications: 23 years of experience in the fitness industry Accredited fitness professional certification (e.g., personal trainer, group fitness instructor, etc.) Passion for fitness, wellness, and helping others improve their health Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work with clients of all ages and flexibility levels Positive attitude, energetic, and professional demeanor Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends CPR certification is a plus (or must be willing to obtain) Benefits & Compensation: Hourly Pay: $23$33 per hour, depending on experience Bonus Opportunities: Monthly performance-based bonuses Training: Comprehensive training program to become a certified Flexologist Career Growth: Opportunities for advancement in a rapidly growing company Wellness Benefits: Employee discounts on services and products Positive Work Environment: Be part of a passionate, supportive team Perks: Enjoy a Free Membership and Paid Breaks
