for Private Practice Join a private practice where you will be a
part of a private practice team learning to manage patient
interactions. Job Title: Pre-Licensed or Licensed Marriage and
Family Therapist or Social Worker Part-time/Full time Starting
Rate: Up to $55.00 per hour based on clinical services provided.
Job Title: Associate/Licensed Mental Health Therapist Associate
Location: 1 day per week in the Santa Barbara Office and telehealth

Therapist Associate to join our dynamic team and contribute to our
mission of transforming lives. Key Responsibilities: Provide
individual, and family therapy under the supervision of a licensed
clinician. Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment
plans tailored to clients’ mental health needs. Address a range of
mental health concerns, including trauma, depression, anxiety,
addiction, eating disorders, grief, and emotional barriers.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive
care. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with
organizational and regulatory guidelines. Participate in
supervision and training sessions to enhance clinical skills and
knowledge. Utilize Telehealth platforms to provide accessible and
effective care to clients. Qualifications: Master’s degree in
Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or a related
field. Associate-level registration with the California Board of
Behavioral Sciences (e.g., AMFT, ACSW, APCC). Strong interpersonal
skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
Passion for learning and professional development in mental health
care. Familiarity with evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT,
or trauma-informed care is a plus. Experience 1 year experience in
mental health field, and direct service experience. Minimum 10
hours per week. Valid California Driver's License. Professional
