Centria Healthcare, a pioneering provider in home-based healthcare services, is seeking a Spanish Speaking Behavior Technician to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on assisting Spanish-speaking patients with autism and other special needs in enhancing their daily living skills and coping mechanisms. The ideal candidate will work directly under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement tailored behavioral plans that promote patient development and well-being. This position requires fluency in Spanish and a compassionate approach to patient care, aligning with Centria Healthcare’s mission of clinical excellence and personalized therapy. Implement behavioral treatment plans prescribed by a BCBA Collect and report data on patient progress and activities Communicate regularly with patients, families, and healthcare team members in Spanish Maintain accurate session notes and behavioral data Participate in training sessions to advance therapy techniques and compliance Ensure patient safety and adherence to all therapy protocols Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Detail-oriented with robust organizational skills Understanding of behavioral therapy principles and practices Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) preferred CPR and First Aid certification
