HCRC Staffing is currently seeking a qualified Physical Therapist for a full-time position in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing patient needs, crafting personalized treatment plans, and executing therapeutic interventions to enhance patient mobility and reduce discomfort. This position requires effective communication skills, as physical therapists are expected to collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and outcome. Evaluate patients' health conditions and physical ailments to determine appropriate physical therapy Create and administer individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and medical histories Utilize various therapeutic exercises and techniques to improve patients' mobility and pain levels Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to plan efficient care and treatment Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary Educate patients and their families about the recovery process and ongoing care strategies Strong understanding of biomechanics, kinesiology, and rehabilitation Proficiency in creating and implementing detailed therapeutic exercise programs Outstanding patient management skills and empathy Ability to handle physical demands of the role, including moving and transporting patients Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid state license to practice physical therapy in California Certification from the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties (ABPTS) preferred
