Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational
Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. A contracted
Occupational Therapist position is available at a school location
in Lakewood, NJ, supporting students during the Extended School
Year (ESY) program. This onsite role runs from July 1st to August
12th, operating Monday through Thursday with a closure on July 6th.
Hours are scheduled from 9:30 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. Key
Responsibilities: Provide occupational therapy services to students
from pre-kindergarten through 12th grade attending ESY. Collaborate
with educational staff to develop and implement individual therapy
plans. Document therapy sessions and progress in compliance with
school and district requirements. Adapt therapy approaches to meet
the unique needs of students in attendance during ESY.
Qualifications: Licensed Occupational Therapist with experience in
school-based settings. Familiarity working with a diverse caseload
spanning PK-12. Ability to work onsite for the duration of the
contract. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Location:
This position is onsite at a regional day school in the Jackson, NJ
area, serving students from a nearby district. Benefits & Details:
Contract role specifically for the summer ESY period. Work during
morning hours from Monday through Thursday. Opportunity to provide
