Registered Nurse (RN) | Oncology Location: Orange, CA Agency: Job.com LLC Pay: $2,700 to $2,800 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position This job does not administer Chemotherapy, but must have knowledge of Chemotherapy, it’s interactions and experience with Roadmaps. Patient Care manager role supporting the Neuro Onlcology patients. Will be responsible for working in a multidisciplinary team to develop a road map for this patient population. Accountable for assessment of patients, implementation of physician orders, treatment plans, medical procedures, record keeping, as well as monitoring and evaluating patient care processes and outcomes. Coordinate activities with other services and disciplines. Must have an Oncology background Requirements Certifications: Required - PALS or PEARS Preferred - CPHON Must have the following skills: DME ordering/coordination Care Coordination Transition planning Needs Assessment Experience with Neuro Oncology patients
