While there is a sense of urgency and timelines that need to be maintained; this is no environment for Gordon Ramsey.POSITION OVERVIEW Understand importance of proper food-handling techniques and hazards of improper food handling Comply with meal schedules and make prep list per menu Follow standard recipes, but make independent decisions in line with current experience Estimate quantities of food required and apportion servings while monitoring portion controlled guidelines for individual residents Responsible for supervision of other food service employees in absence of Executive ChefQUALIFICATIONS: Demonstration of our Core Values: Love, Kindness, Honesty, Goodness, Fairness, Respect. Passion and ability to prepare and cook a variety of foods in large quantities. Commitment to all safety and food preparation protocols.EEOVaries, must be flexible and able to work weekends.
