Job Description:

AURORA is adding a Customer Service & Sales Support opening role in Pasadena this year. The successful candidate will provide operational and logistics support for all of Aurora's customer service, marketing and promotional strategies, events, community outreach programs, and direct communication efforts. This person will gain a working knowledge of Aurora's portfolio of customer service and sales offerings with an opportunity to grow within the division and hone their skill set. We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly organized, team player for this position who is eager to gain hands-on experience in this growing, fast-paced environment.

Customer Service & Sales Support Responsibilities

• Attend promotional events to increase brand awareness, answer enrollment and service questions, and initiate the sales process
  
• Coordination with the Customer Service Manager on gathering and tracking customers orders for sales campaigns
  
• Researching local markets to appeal to a specified target market
  
• Answer all questions for customers in a professional manner
  
• Stay up to date on all services and knew product knowledge
