Job Description Job Description Description: The Bartender is
primarily responsible for delivering hospitality and extraordinary
service to bar guests and for mixing, garnishing, and serving
beverages according to Company specifications for guests at the bar
and in the restaurant. This position is also responsible for
cleanliness and safety of the bar area. Compensation & Benefits:

Responsibilities: Prepare and serve beverages consistently adhering
to all recipe standards. Protects establishment and patrons by
adhering to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control
policies. Anticipate guests’ needs and exceed guest service
expectations. Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the menu,
with the ability to answer questions and make suggestions. Take
orders, serve bar patrons, and process payment. Keep designated
service stations clean and organized. Restock and replenish bar
inventory. Ensure guests are enjoying their experience and take
action to correct any problems. Concludes the guest experience by
acknowledging choice of establishment and inviting patrons to
return. Complete assigned side work at the beginning, during, and

members thrive. Requirements: Qualifications/Requirements: Minimum
3 years’ bartending experience in a full-service restaurant
(liquor, beer, & wine). Extensive knowledge of spirits, wine, and
beer. A desire to help where needed and work as part of a team.
Ability to work positively and maintain composure in a fast-paced
environment. Strong organizational skills with the ability to
monitor the entire bar area and service wells. Excellent
communication skills. Exceptional attention to detail. Exhibit a
professional appearance and mannerisms. Flexibility to work a
variety of shifts. Must be able to stand, walk, reach, bend, stoop,
and wipe for extended periods of time. Must be able to carry trays
and supplies (up to 50 lbs.). Must be of legal age to pour and
serve alcohol. Food Handler Certification. Responsible Alcohol
Service Certification. Has fine dining serving experience.
