Job Description:
A healthcare management company has an open position for a
Remote Regional Human Resources Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
Creating employee action status documentation
Providing support and guidance regarding new hire onboarding
including new hire orientation
Preparing employee offboarding actions including separation
notices
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
HRIS experience; preferably with ADP Workforce Now or a similar
system
Ability to correspond effectively using innovative techniques or
style
Bachelor's degree; or two-four years' related experience and/or
training; or equivalent
Ability to respond effectively to sensitive inquiries or
complaints
Ability to analyze, and interpret data to identify trends and
provide guidance to leadership based on data interpretation
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and
statistical inference
