Description:A leading provider of consulting, engineering, and technical services worldwide is looking for a payroll specialist. The company has over 10,000 employees and each payroll specialist processes payroll for employees each. The payroll is processed on a bi-weekly basis. They currently utilize ADP Payforce. ADP experience is highly preferred but they are open to viewing candidates that do not have ADP. Does not have to be specific to ADP Payforce as they will take experience with any ADP software. Additional Skills & Qualifications:Knowledge of computerized payroll systems Knowledge of payroll regulations such as federal and state wage and hour laws, and tax laws. Must be able to perform basic to moderate math calculations. Must have the ability to perform detail analysis. Must have good oral and written communication skills. Must be able to research, analyze and resolve payroll related issues and to maintain complete and accurate records. Must be detail oriented and possess excellent organizational skills. Strong interpersonal and problem resolution skills. Versed in the use of a PC and related application such as Windows, Excel and Word.
