Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior HR Manager (Remote) position.

Key Responsibilities:

Manages the recruiting program, HR policies, and compliance
Develops and updates compensation model and employee engagement programs
Ensures compliance with employment laws and regulations

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in HR management, Business Administration, or related field
8-10 years of strategic HR experience in GovCon
Experience with Paycor and Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint
SHRM-CP certification
Experience in areas of compensation, performance management, recruiting, and leadership development
