A company is looking for a Sourcing Recruiter - SaaS GTM.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for marketing, alliances,
and sales positions, focusing on sales account executives
Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top
sales talent
Partner closely with hiring managers and department heads to
understand role requirements and team dynamics
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in recruiting for sales roles, particularly
high-performing sales account executives
Demonstrated ability to build and scale successful sales teams
Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies and the roles that
support them
Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage
multiple priorities effectively
