Robotic Process Automation Developer



Sierra Cybernetics is seeking an experienced Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer to work for us at our government client's site in the City of Pasadena (combination of remote and on-site work).



In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying tasks that can be automated, and designing bots to carry out those tasks. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to understand their needs and develop solutions that improve efficiency and accuracy.



Responsibilities:

Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation
Design and develop bots using RPA tools, such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism
Test and deploy bots in a production environment
Monitor the performance of bots and make adjustments as needed
Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure that bots meet business requirements
Troubleshoot issues that arise with bots and develop solutions to address them



Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
1+ years of experience working as an RPA Developer
Proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as Java, Python, or C#
Experience with RPA tools, such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism
