Job Description:

As a Technology Engineering Lead, you will be responsible for leading design, coding, implementation, quality control and the overall software development process across a variety of Sales, Marketing, Client Service, and Corporate applications. You will be expected to lead and contribute to the application portfolio that supports Client Service, Sales, Marketing, and Client Reporting as well as Corporate functions in Human Resources and Finance. You will help the team accelerate delivery of critical features and functionality, while also making material contributions to technical modernization initiatives. WHAT YOU WILL DO

Drive full stack software development efforts aimed at providing Client Service, Sales, Marketing and Corporate teams with robust analysis, reporting, sales tools and workflow efficiencyAdvance and develop proprietary and vendor applications that support CRM, website, and marketing analyticsPlay a key role in architecting future sales and marketing applicationsEngineer applications based on cloud native principlesWork effectively with our infrastructure engineering teams to implement software solutions with high degrees of scalability and resiliencyExecute and migrate existing workloads to cloudCollaborate with relationship managers, marketing managers, and senior management to align program focus and prioritizationMentor and grow team members across ITWHAT YOU WILL BRING

7+ years of demonstrated experience in software development with leadership responsibilitiesDeep understanding of core AWS services, uses, and basic AWS architecture best practicesDemonstrated experience working with Python and C#Full stack capabilities: Angular front end preferred, APIs, and databasesExperience with JavaScript and Typescript is a plusExperience with Jenkins, Kubernetes, Docker, GitHub and CICD tools is a plusExperience with Oracle DB, or MS SQL, or Snowflake, or SingleStore, or DenodoExperience with public cloud implementation and servicesExperience in all aspects of application development lifecycleEagerness to learn about and work on any application in the team's portfolioPreferred domain knowledge of financial servicesVery strong communication and team work skillsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or other related disciplineEnergy, enthusiasm, motivation, and a results-oriented attitudeDelectus is a premier executive search firm that delivers superior talent to drive business performance.
