Monitor and remediate all security threats and events. Ensure that all computers are fully patched, secured and protected against security threats. Develop and support systems that are required for effective and secure operations of 1000+ users and Windows clients.--Job Description:The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $38-42 per hour; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.Position Responsibilities:------- --Implement and maintain security controls.------- --Monitoring the latest threats in cybersecurity to remain up to date on the best protective strategies.------- --Conducting regular audits to pinpoint weaknesses in the cybersecurity posture.------- --Identify and solve potential and actual security problems.------- --Determine security violations and inefficiencies by conducting periodic audits.------- --Assess the current situation, evaluating trends and anticipating security requirements.------- --Keep users informed by preparing performance reports, communicating system status.------- --Maintain quality service by following organization standards.------- --Maintain technical knowledge by attending educational workshops.------- --Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Requirements and skills:------- --Proven work experience as a Cyber Security Specialist or similar role------- --Hands-on experience analyzing high volumes of logs, network data and other attack artifacts (SIEM)------- --Proficiency with vulnerability scanning solutions.------- --Proficiency with antivirus and security software------- --Should be aware of cloud security tools, Conditional access policies, End Point Protection.------- --Expert in Security, remediation of risks and threats from end users' devices, and Email Security.------- --Experienced with Threat analysis.------- --Overview of Network Security devices------- --Identity Management and RBAC------- --Experienced in handling 0-day vulnerability and patch management.------- --End Point and Cloud Security (Phishing Email and Risky Sign-In)------- --Risk Management and Risk Registry Assessment / Security Assessment------- --PowerShell Script/ VB .net (For Automation)------- --Patch Management and Deployment------- --Penetrating testing------- --Vulnerability Management------- --Active Directory------- --Disk Encryption technology and Configuration------- --Monitors and Alerts platforms------- --Azure and Security (Certification Preferred)--All See's staff must be committed to the company's core principles and workplace values, including diversity and inclusion.Minimum Qualifications:Minimum 3 - 5 years' of managing Azure Cloud environments including AAD and Exchange.Minimum 3 - 5 years of management Azure Cloud security and administrationMinimum 5 years of patch management and software deployment experience using an enterprise level management software for patching and deploying software to multiple clients.Minimum 5 years of endpoint security and protection experience using an enterprise level management software to manage, protect, monitor, alert and remediate security vulnerabilities and threats.Minimum 5 years of Windows Operating System administration and management experience.Minimum 5 years' Active Directory, preferably Azure AD, administration experience, including user provision, group policy and security.Minimum 5 years' experience using a client management application for endpoint protection and maintain patch levels in an environment of 1,000+ Windows clients.Experience or expertise in disk Encryption, SSO or MFA.Minimum 5 years Windows support experience, including preparing, building and testing Window images.Strong analytical skills with demonstrated problem-solving ability.Ability to effectively communicate.Ability to work independently with limited direct supervision.Proven ability to learn new technologies quickly and manage change efficiently, proactively and in a positive manner.--The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, in addition to a full range of generous medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered.
