This well known corporation seeks several IT Helpdesk professionals for their growing company in the Los Angeles area. Their expansion plan will allow helpdesk personnel to spearhead customer relations in both part time and full time positions. Salary pays up to $60k a year for the right individuals and offers outstanding medical, dental and vision benefits. Degree in computer science or computer management is required. If you consider yourself an expert in customer service, with a minimum of 4+ years in IT consultant positions, coupled with and a strong desire to work with the public, this could be the perfect job for you! Additional experience with Networking is a plus. Computer hardware experience a plus as well as a working knowledge of Windows 7, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook needed, however company boasts ? an extensive on the job training program .?
