Job Description:
Securitas Security Services USA, Inc., a leading provider of
integrated security solutions, is seeking a highly skilled Service
Technician III to join our Technical Support & Troubleshooting
team. This role is crucial in ensuring the operational integrity
and reliability of security systems, including access controls,
surveillance cameras, and fire safety systems. Our focus is on
delivering exceptional service to secure environments ranging from
residential complexes to commercial establishments, ensuring safety
and peace of mind for our clients. The successful candidate will
possess a deep technical acumen, coupled with a steadfast
commitment to maintaining the highest standards of security and
safety. Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of electronic
security systems. Troubleshoot complex issues with access control,
CCTV, and fire safety systems. Conduct regular system inspections
and testing to ensure functionality and compliance with all safety
and security protocols. Document all service and repair actions,
maintaining clear and comprehensive service records. Provide
training and support to clients on new system functionalities and
enhancements. Coordinate with security personnel to integrate
physical and electronic security measures. Stay up-to-date with
technological advances in security systems and integrate latest
best practices in field service duties. Advanced knowledge of
electronic security systems Proficiency in troubleshooting and
repairing technical faults Strong problem-solving skills Excellent
communication and customer service skills Ability to work
independently and manage time effectively Medical Insurance Dental
