Job Description This classification requires on-the-job training and performance of diverse assignments related to the RP4884 Composites Fabricator-Developmental Radome activities for the purpose of acquiring training and experience to satisfactorily perform the distinguishing requirements of the classification. Employees will perform the functions of the above referenced classification and must demonstrate successful completion of assignments with a level of oversight and instruction, where appropriate. NOTE: A satisfactory assessment by the Company of the employee’s performance will qualify the employee for upgrade. Ability to obtain and maintain Company licenses, certifications, and training as required for assigned tasks. MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ANY SHIFT Basic Qualifications Must have prior experience with radomes and a minimum of two years composite fabrication and layup experience. Must be able to demonstrate entry level blueprint and technical data comprehension, basic computer operations. Lockheed Martin is an equal opportunity employer. Ability to work remotely Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Work Schedule Information Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits. Premium Pay Statement "The base range for this position in California is $19.89 - 39.28.
