Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Legal Assistant to support its
Legal Affairs department.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with preparing and filing SEC disclosures and other public
company documents
Support Board of Directors/Executive compensation reporting
requirements
Coordinate data gathering and analysis with proxy contributors
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of paralegal experience in a corporate law firm or similar
role
Advanced technical skills in legal software and applications
Experience with SEC filing applications and maintaining EDGAR
access codes
Strong legal research capabilities with knowledge of legal
concepts
Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal degree or certificate
preferred
