Job Description:
A company is looking for a General Litigation Attorney for a
fully remote position based in California.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle a caseload of general civil litigation matters from start to
finish
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and other legal
documents
Represent clients in remote court proceedings, mediations, and
depositions
Qualifications:
Active California Bar license in good standing
2-10+ years of general litigation experience
Ability to manage cases independently with minimal supervision
Comfortable working in a remote environment with reliable tech
setup
