Job Description Job Description Probate Litigation Paralegal Probate Litigation Paralegal Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Probate Litigation Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will assist attorneys in preparing for probate litigation cases, ensuring compliance with legal procedures and deadlines, and providing exceptional support to clients throughout the process. Key Responsibilities - Assist attorneys in the preparation and filing of probate litigation documents - Conduct legal research and gather relevant case information - Prepare trial binders and exhibits for court proceedings - Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests - Maintain organized case files and manage deadlines - Communicate with clients, witnesses, and court personnel as needed - Assist in the discovery process, including document review and production - Support attorneys in trial preparation and strategy development Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate preferred - Minimum of 3 years of experience as a paralegal, with a focus on litigation - Strong knowledge of probate law and procedures - Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills - Familiarity with civil litigation and trust & estate matters is a plus Benefits - Medical - Dental - Vision - PTO - Paid Holidays - Company paid retirement contributions - Paid Maternity and Paternity Leave - Paid Parking - Discretionary, performance-based bonuses - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
