An ideal candidate would have a great work ethic and the ability to manage a team. This position requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have strong administrative skills and be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Duties/Responsibilities: Handle personal injury case load from intake to settlement Communicate directly with medical providers to understand best treatment options for each case Communicate with clients, manage concerns and expectations Organize case files, monitor case statuses, and provide periodic updated to the managing attorney Oversee case management department and conduct monthly Case Reviews Handle escalated client telephone calls and/or adjuster calls Skills: Must have at least 5 years of PI Case Management experience Bilingual - Spanish speaking a plus Obtaining policy limits on the vast majority of cases handled Ability to proficiently read imaging, medical reports, etc. and determine effective treatment plans for clients Ability to use a computer quickly and efficiently - experience with Office and FileVine Case Management Software Able to multi-task and problem solve in a high-pressure environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Planning, organization, and time management skills are essential We look forward to having you join our team!
