Independent Contractor Pay Scale Structure: 1st load pays out to
the IC at 70% of the all-in rate 2nd load pays out to the IC at 70%
of the all-in rate 3rd load pays out to the IC at 75% of the all-in
rate 4th load (plus any additional load) pays out to the IC at 80%
of the all-in rate CDL-A Owner Operator Truck Driver Requirements:
Valid Class A CDL At least 21 years of age 1 year verifiable CDL-A
experience Valid medical card A more positive owner operator
