Safety, Food Safety, Quality and Collaboration. The Tech 2, Bakery
Maintenance is responsible for ensuring all bakery production
equipment and facility systems are maintained in a safe, sanitary,
and fully operational condition. This role supports consistent
production output, food safety compliance, and equipment
reliability. All tasks must be performed in accordance with company
policies, safety standards, and food quality protocols. Key
Responsibilities Maintain and repair bakery equipment to support
uninterrupted production. Ensure work areas and tools are clean,
organized, and compliant with safety and sanitation standards.
Conduct routine inspections and promptly address equipment issues.
Accurately complete maintenance logs and documentation. Follow GMP,
HACCP, and allergen control procedures. Stay current with bakery
production processes, including fermentation and bun production
systems. Support continuous improvement in equipment performance
and food safety practices. Collaborate with production and quality
teams to resolve equipment and safety concerns efficiently.
Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 4–7 years in
industrial maintenance, preferably in food or bakery manufacturing
Skills: Strong mechanical, electrical, and PLC troubleshooting
abilities Effective communication and documentation skills
Proficiency in SAP, Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint Travel:
Not required Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

2nd Hourly Pay Rate: $33 - $39 Aspire Bakeries LLC values the
