Executive Assistant / Corporate EnvironmentProvide high-level administrative support for an Executive of a professional organization.Salary: $18.00 - $25.00 per hourResponsibilities:Handle administrative needs of Managers and Executives--at the organizationArrange conference calls and meetings, align calendars with vendors, etc.Plan work-related travel details and be able to execute in a timely mannerGreet and welcome visitors, help with administrative office dutiesTrain and supervise lower-level clerical staffMaintain and order suppliesOccasional personal assistant duties include (but are not limited to); walking dog, car washes, etc.?Qualifications:Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in other related fieldsGood communication and analytical skillsStrong organizational skillsMust be able to think outside of the box when performing and completing tasksMust be a self-starterAbility to prioritize and multitaskStrong attention to detailWe are an equal opportunity employer and make hiring decisions based on merit.
