Customer Experience Specialist - Paying Well! HIRING FAST - CONTRACT TO HIRE - REMOTE WORK! MUST BE LOCAL TO ONE OF THE FOLLOWING: Phoenix, AZ Plano, TX Pasadena, CA St. Louis, MO Roseville, CA AND HAVE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE Requirements of the Customer Experience Specialist * High School Diploma or equivalent required * Two (2) years of Call Center or Customer Service experience preferred * Knowledge of customer service principles and practices * Excellent communication skills * Attention to detail and accuracy * Problem-solving skills and problem analysis * Basic mortgage product knowledge preferred Job Requirements:Responsibilities of the Customer Experience Specialist* Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers in a fast-paced environment* Help customers by processing loan applications* Utilize good judgment and understanding of process and procedures to effectively make decisions to resolve customer issues* Perform routine data entry and validation tasks* Initiate third party orders (title, appraisal, hazard, flood cert, credit, etc.)* Evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries accurately and efficiently* Track and document all communications with customers to provide a detailed history of contact* All other duties as assignedSDL2017
