Assists with coordinating company compensation programs. Assists with evaluating and analysing salary data, determining pay grades/ranges, and conducting and participating in compensation surveys. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Develops and maintains the job description database and ensures job descriptions are completed for all new positions. Ensures job codes are assigned and job sdescriptions uploaded into the systems. Assists in the development of compensation documents and training materials and participates in the communication process. Provides support to the human resources staff and hospital management regarding the interpretation of compensation policies, guidelines and procedures. Education: Bachelor--------s degree preferred. Experience/Training: Minimum of 1 year human resources experience required. Prior compensation experience preferred. Licenses/Certifications: Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred. Skills: Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficient in Microsoft Word and Access or equivalent data base skills. Prior experience with Compensation and Salary systems preferred.
