Responsible for environmental, health, and safety programs and
compliance for the Millsboro, Delaware operations. Directs programs
and influences site leadership to assure regulatory compliance,
achieve continuous performance improvement, and integrate
performance objectives into standard work processes. Develops
strategies to achieve these goals in alignment with site business
goals and values.
Acting with considerable independence, direct professional staff
activities to ensure site-wide compliance and drive personal
ownership and accountability for all employees. Coach site
operational leaders to be visible advocates in perspective areas of
responsibility. Ensure comprehensive change management of all and

etc. required to maintain compliance with federal, state, and local

Minimum Education Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree required, concentration in Environmental or
Safety related technical discipline preferred. Masters/MBA
Relevant professional certification(s) preferred. Lean/Six Sigma
- Minimum of 10 years professional work experience coupled with 7
years applied professional work experience.
Required Skills and Requirements:
Strong leadership and change leadership skills.
Experience sitting on senior leadership teams to set strategy
and make decisions for the site.
Strong knowledge of our company and related divisional
activities and their relationship to EHS regulations and company
Demonstrated ability to successfully negotiate with regulatory
agencies and senior operations leaders.
- At least 3 years of demonstrated experience managing direct
reports, attracting talent & building a strong team.
