Overview:
The Mail Clerk will handle receiving, delivering and processing shipments. Receive and distribute freight packages from carriers such as UPS, FedEx and other small motor freight deliveries.

Responsibilities:
Process all incoming and outgoing mail Sort and deliver incoming mail and packagesRun mail on the Pitney Bowes Postage MachineLog Courier mail (FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.)Pass out mail, packages and supplies to various departments (Staples, UPS, FedEx) Good driving recordDeliver interbranch mail/USPS mail and supplies to remote locationsAble to work weekends/after hours when necessary Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the dayMust bend, stoop and kneel frequentlyMust be able to spend a large part of the day standing up and moving around Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
Written, verbal and interpersonal skillsExcel and Word proficiency preferred Works well in a high-pressure environmentAbility to manage schedules and meet deadlines
