Sign Placement - Pick Up

Job Description:

We're looking for someone to help place and pick up open house signs for our weekend Open Houses and weekday Broker Caravans!

Responsibilities:
--- Pickup signs from starting location
--- Place according to a map unique to each listing
--- Pick signs up before EOD after the Open House and return to starting location
--- Know/understand rules for sign placement per city
--- Typically 2-3Hr/Open House & 2-5 Open Houses/Week

Qualifications:

Shows ability to quickly finish very detailed work
Customer service, bookkeeping, or administrative experience is preferred
Shows great interpersonal skills and excellent written communication
Proficient in basic computer software and can quickly learn to use new programs
Associate's degree preferred but not required to apply
--- 24/7 on-call support
--- Must provide own vehicle (a larger vehicle/truck able to fit 30+ open house a-frame signs
--- Valid driver's license
--- Valid proof of insurance
--- Clean driving record
--- Good communication skills
--- Professional demeanor
--- Detail-oriented, attentive, and able to improvise
