Job Description A well-funded technology startup in the fintech space looking for a full-time, experienced customer service representative to handle inbound and outbound calls throughout their shift, day/night. You will be responsible for presenting customers with information in regards to their account on our platform, answering questions and logging these details into various platforms. The candidate will possess a high level of interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and be able to take initiative on other tasks that may be given during their work period. We are looking for two candidates for this position, and you will be required to work weekends and off-hours. MUST be able to work in the office during regular work hours. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answering inbound calls regarding customers who have questions about their account on our platform with poise and excellent customer service
• Make outbound calls to customers whove submitted questions on our platform. You will give them detailed information to help the customer understand what our solution is, and what it can do for them
• Help troubleshoot questions regarding our platform
• Document these calls into our various platforms in detail
• Performing various organizational tasks for the company during shifts. This may include: reorganizing google docs/sheets, organizing customers in a CRM platform, handling applications, QC analysis, gathering information or data on our industry for the following work day
• Dealing with metrics on calls and reporting them when needed EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 2-4 years of experience required for this position
  • Self-motivated, organized, outgoing, and can effectively communicate in order to meet the all-encompassing needs of customers
  • Flexibility to take different shifts and be available for graveyard shifts BENEFITS:
