Job Description:

System One is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join team in Pasadena, Tx. Summary: The primary functions of this position are to support the recruiting team by proactively sourcing talent, building relationships, and expediting the on-boarding process. They will partner with Talent Acquisitions Recruiters and Coordinators to assist with developing strategies to support the teams current and upcoming needs. Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Develop detailed job descriptions, screening questions, and tool lists specific to positions based on scope of work to be performed.
  
• Source candidates from multiple internal and external pools.
  
• Screen candidates to ensure qualification for positions to be filled.
  
• Maintain pools by departments and geographic region.
  
• Recruit and assist hiring managers with offers of employment to qualified candidates in face paced environment.
  
• Schedule individuals for processing and orientation.
  
• Update Applicant Tracking System in real time with candidate information and interactions.
  
• Attend job fairs and other industry events.
  
• Level I Specialist will typically be responsible for craft worker sourcing
  
  Requirements:
  
  • 
    
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    
  • Strong computer skills and demonstrated ability with Microsoft Office.
    
  • High School diploma or equivalent and 3+ years of customer service or HR administrative experience
    
    Preferred Requirements:
    
    • 
      
    • Associates or Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.
      
    • PHR or SHRM-CP
      
    • Knowledge of employment laws/compliance
      
    • Experience in: Administration, Customer Service, Human Resources, Industrial Construction and/or Nuclear Industries
