Job Description:

Our client is a successful private wealth management firm with $5 bill AUM based in Pasadena, CA. The well-established firm seeks the right person to join their team as a Client Service Associate.The ideal Client Service Associate has strong organizational skills, is highly efficient, and is a proactive independent worker to support the lead wealth advisor.
This role is currently offered as a temporary position starting in the first week of March and lasting three months of employment. This position has the possibility of turning into a permanent administrative position.
Requirements:

• 
  
• Keen ability to use online dashboards for workflows, following through with pending tasks status through completion
  
• Monitoring Schwab Advisor Portal for alerts (checking dashboard daily)
  
  
  • 
    
  • Strong understanding of back-office procedures, onboarding process, managing paperwork, and money movement using the Schwab Advisor Portal
    
  • Must be able to demonstrate abilities with meeting preparation, scheduling appointments, identifying priority tasks before/after client or prospect meetings with proactive follow up
    
  • Create PowerPoint presentations for meetings
    
  • Tracking notes on meetings
    
  • Create daily and weekly cash analysis reports

    • Excellent communication skills, strong experience taking detailed notes and promptly entering information into CRM.
      
    • Manage calendars, appointments, follow-up reminders, and exceptional time management skills
      
      Qualifications:
      
      • 
        
      • Bachelor's Degree
        
      • Minimum one year of experience as a Client Service Associate or other supportive financial services roles
        
        
        • 
          
        • Knowledge of the financial planning process is a plus
          
        • Technology experience preferred: Schwab Advisor Portal, Orion, and iCapital
          
          Compensation:
          
          • 
            
          • Hourly Rate: $18 - $22
