Description We have an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and highly skilled Property Administrator! Do you enjoy providing exceptional customer service and helping people, while working on multiple engaging projects? Then we have a position for you!
Your responsibilities

  Gather monthly fees and rent
  
  
• 
  Engage with prospective tenants to review leases, terms of occupancy, and/or ownership
  
  
• 
  Handle tenant applications, leases, or contracts
  
  
• 
  Arrange maintenance, landscaping, and property repairs
  
  
• 
  Organize insurance requirements
  
  
• 
  Contribute to preparation of budgets, financial documents and other reports
  
  
• 
  Provide a broad range of administrative support to property managers for residential, commercial and/or community association properties Requirements - Prior real estate, financial and/or contract experience preferred
  
  
• 
  Proven interpersonal skills and computer competencies are necessary
  
  
• 
  Demonstrated customer service, problem-solving, complaint resolution, and negotiation skills
