Job Description:
A company is looking for an AVP Strategic Solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage critical initiatives within Product Management, define
vision and roadmap, and oversee budget expenditures and vendor
relationships
Provide leadership and direction to Product Owners, Scrum Master,
and team, and collaborate with different departments to plan future
roadmap
Determine strategy for policy conversions, develop Sprint
scorecard, and explore ways to accelerate value for collaborators
and customers
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or high school diploma/GED with equivalent
experience
Project management certification preferred
10 years of experience within financial services and/or insurance
industry
2 years in a leadership or managerial role
Comprehensive understanding of back-office systems, product
launches, and distribution partner requirements
