Job Description:
A company is looking for a Product Success Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with Sales and Services teams to shape and close deals,
provide technical support, and manage client onboarding
Ensure successful client onboarding, high client satisfaction, and
troubleshoot technical issues
Provide exceptional client service, support automation of
implementations, and give feedback to the Product team
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in product success or implementation
adjacent role
Ability to quickly understand technical aspects of software and
streamline processes
High customer empathy and ability to work in regulated
environments
Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple
client projects simultaneously
Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced startup environment and
communicate effectively cross-functionally
