Job Description:
A company is looking for a Centralized Scheduling Representative
- Days.
Key Responsibilities
Answers incoming calls and schedules appointments based on patient
needs
Conducts patient interviews to gather necessary information for
treatment recommendations
Provides referral information and support during initial patient
contact
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High School Diploma or GED required
Less than 1 year of telephone management experience required
Knowledge of insurance required
Behavioral Health/Human Services experience preferred
Must complete required Pennsylvania Department of Drug and Alcohol
trainings within 2 years
