Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr Admin - Appeals.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain updated knowledge of project and corporate policies and
procedures
Analyze data submitted for Independent Medical Review and manage
incoming healthcare information
Respond to inquiries from clients, health plans, providers, and
enrollees regarding case status and the appeals process
Required Qualifications
Associate degree with 2+ years of experience, or HS Diploma/GED
with 4+ years of experience
Experience in healthcare or appeals processes preferred
Proficient in data analysis and management
Ability to function as a Subject Matter Expert in relevant
areas
Remote work setup with specific technical requirements (internet
speed, OS compatibility)
