Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Operations Associate to assist
in managing relationships with mid-large strategic clients.
Key Responsibilities
Resolve and execute day-to-day client strategic requests and
initiatives
Collaborate on RFPs and client renewals, managing client reporting
demands
Coordinate client meetings and assist with client strategy and
retention efforts
Required Qualifications
Associate or bachelor's degree
3+ years of experience in a client management capacity
Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and
Salesforce
Knowledge of Teladoc and/or Livongo products and the healthcare
industry
Strong dedication to managing a high volume of client requests
