Job Description:
A company is looking for an IT Business Partner to serve as a
strategic liaison between business units and the IT
organization.
Key Responsibilities
Manage relationships with specific Business Units and facilitate
communication with Technology Services
Translate business needs into requirements and guide through
appropriate action channels
Lead business requests for system changes and collaborate on
troubleshooting process problems
Required Qualifications
Five years of experience in business administration/management or
technology, plus three years in a service-oriented organization
Strong relationship management and strategic thinking skills
Foundational knowledge of infrastructure and application
principles; advanced knowledge of networking and data centers is a
plus
Awareness of new product development best practices
Understanding of financial modeling related to technology
investment
