A company is looking for an Intake Patient Care Representative
(REMOTE).
Key Responsibilities
Admit new patients and verify insurance information while
completing admissions paperwork
Answer incoming calls, assist with patient needs, and ensure
compliance with internal and external requirements
Maintain confidentiality and support the company's mission and core
values
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High school diploma or GED required
Minimum of 2 years related experience required
Preferred experience in a medical office or customer service
Education or experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree in a
related field is preferred
Experience in healthcare and knowledge of insurances is a plus
