Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Coordinator - Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Provide overall support to the department, ensuring timely and
quality completion of client inquiries
Act as a team advisor by answering questions and assisting with
continuous training
Handle and resolve inquiries and complaints from clients,
escalating issues to management as necessary
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
One to three years of clerical experience or equivalent combination
of education and experience preferred
Experience supervising in a legal office
Full understanding of HIPAA regulations and compliance
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently
