A company is looking for a Business Solutions Partner -
P&C.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a connector between IT and the business to drive strategy
development and relationship management
Ensure IT services align with business goals by understanding
business processes and priorities
Support IT projects from inception to delivery, ensuring alignment
with business needs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of experience in IT Services
Experience in Financial Services or Insurance, preferably in
Property & Casualty
Familiarity with Policy Administration, Underwriting, and Claims
systems is a plus
Experience with full SDLC and Agile methodologies
Strong analytical skills and ability to work with senior leadership
and business partners
