Job Description:
A company is looking for an Account Development Representative
to drive revenue growth through upselling and collaboration with
the Account Management team.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and prioritize upselling opportunities within the existing
customer base
Collaborate with Account Managers to execute targeted outreach
campaigns to increase customer spend
Conduct discovery calls to understand customer needs and
effectively present product solutions
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in a sales development, business
development, or account development role
Demonstrated success in upselling or cross-selling to existing
customers
Strong understanding of sales methodologies and effective discovery
call techniques
Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales automation tools
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
