Job Description:
A company is looking for a Menu Operations Associate to manage
customer menu support and data entry tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee menu management (creation & maintenance) within a
proprietary content management system
Communicate with customer teams to design, build, and maintain
restaurant menus and troubleshoot technical issues
Work on customer menu requests and issue escalation tickets within
company guidelines and SLAs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
Previous experience in maintaining restaurant menus in a POS
environment
Experience in a tech startup environment
Outgoing and organized with a customer-first attitude
Exposure to restaurant industry terminology and POS systems
